Cancellations: Accepted
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase.
The fabrication/printing process starts 24 hours after we receive your order. The item will be printed and assembled just for you.
If you need to cancel your order contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
After 24 hours production will have started and we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns and exchanges: Accepted
Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of your order.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is meant to help us cover the costs of processing the return, such as inspecting the item, repackaging it, and returning it to the inventory.
PLEASE NOTE: While I generally accept returns, items on sales, items purchased with a coupon or special order items are not returnable.
Contact me before any return to get a return authorization number and a return address.
DO NOT SHIP BACK TO THE FABRICATOR.
